The Borough Code: Now Effective
The effective date for Act 43 of 2012, the Borough Code, was July 16. Overviews of the changes within each Article, in addition to Lacal Government Commission resources, PDF and HEML versions of the Code and other resources are available for download at www.boroughcode.boroughs.org. You are encouraged to visit the site for the most comprehensive information on the Code.Boroughs may now order copies of the Code. The order form is available here. Ordered copies of the Borough Code are being mailed as received from the printer and in order processed.PSAB is hosting a series of Webinars for members to address the new Borough Code.Segmented into eight (8) consecutive parts, registration is free for members.
