The Code Enforcement Complaint Form should be used to report any possible violations or concerns per the Borough of Mont Alto ordinances.

All complaints will be kept anonymous, unless the resident the complaint is towards does not comply with the Code Enforcement Officers requests. By submitting and signing the form the complainant is aware they may be called as a witness if the complaints/concerns go further than a violation letter and are presented in front of a judge.
